COVID-19 Responsibility and Policy
Per Governor's Holcomb's Executive Order 20-08 section 14.j. building and residential construction are deemed essential business and are necessary to maintaining the safety, sanitation, and essential operation of residences. While we will continue to work on job sites here in Vigo County we will be taking the following precautions:
1. Schedules will be changed to not "stack" trades. Many times we have 2 or more crews working on a single site. In an effort to reduce the number of people on a site at once we will remove this efficiency. Schedules will get more drawn out due to this.
2. We are asking our trades and vendors to not have more than 10 people on site, at once, at any time in accordance with EO20-08.
3. We have asked our staff to daily wipe down doors, hardware, and other surfaces.
4. We will be moving all customer meetings away from face to face. We will provide opportunities to speak virtually and via apps like FaceTime as our schedules allow.
